What is 500 RADS?

Like many of you, I've been following the 500rads Blog for quite some time.

The site is very disjointed, often bazaar and somewhat confusing ...

I don't have the time to elaborate my thoughts it at this moment.

Due to an upload/configuration error, I just wanted to post my opinion on the most recent photo ("Set Pic") found on the blog.
